Welcome to the Challenge
Thank you for signing up for this short 12-day goal setting challenge. Over the next few days we are going to share a LOT of useful information – which you can use to help decide on your goals and to achieve them.
Set some time aside each day to follow the lessons and act on the information they contain while it’s still fresh in your mind (15 to 30 minutes a day will be fine).
I also want to congratulate you for taking the first step towards achieving you goals and enriching your life. By this time next week you’ll possess a great deal of information to help you on your way.
Amongst other things we’re going to cover how you can decide what goals you want to pursue, and how to separate what is important from what isn’t. We’ll talk about planning (and why it’s important) and how you can stay focused on your goal.

It’s important to believe that you can achieve your goals, so as you follow this challenge over the coming days, bear in mind that EVERYTHING I’m going to tell you has been proven to work for others, and can equally work for you.
